European Team Championships Maribor 2025 2nd & 3rd DivisionsFor the first time ever, Slovenia will play host to the European Athletics Team Championships, with Maribor hosting the 2nd and 3rd Division events on 24-29 June.

The host nation will be joined in the 2nd Division by Ireland, who won the 3rd Division in Silesia 2023, Belgium, Norway and Turkiye whio were relegated from the 1st Division two years ago. Slovenia missed out on promotion to the 1st Division by just 0.5 points and will be looking for a lift from the home crowd for another promotion push.
